1. The discount remains at 0% discount
When the number of orders, number of garments or order size has not yet reached a certain critical limit, the percentage remains at 0%.
2. Can I choose a time for this service myself?
That is possible, but then the discounts expire because we have to drive separately. (On Demand)
3. How is the discount accumulated
The discount is automatically calculated on the basis of, among other things, the number of pieces, order size and number of addresses.
4. I live close to a collectivity area, but with a different zip code. Can I do that?
If you have a pick up and delivery address in that region, that is not a problem. If this is not the case, unfortunately that is not possible. The selection is an automated system based on postcode.
5. Why do the collectivity regions consist exclusively of the 4 digits of the postcode?
By efficiently serving multiple addresses in a limited area, we save time and transport costs which we can give back in the form of a discount.
